UAE Leave Entitlements (Labour Law)
• Annual Leave: 30 days from cycle start (day after returning from last leave / joining date). If no leave is taken after 1 year, entitlement grows by 2 days/month — capped at 60 days after 2 years of continuous service.
• Sick Leave: Up to 90 days/year — 15 days full pay → 30 days half pay → 45 days unpaid.
• Maternity Leave: 60 days (45 full pay + 15 half pay). Paternity Leave: 5 days.
